About this Recipe
Nothing says summer food more to me than fresh strawberries! I look for any chance I get to add them to the menu so I created this whipped strawberry butter as a special treat. It is the easiest recipe ever and doesn’t require an oven so no need to heat up your kitchen!
With only four ingredients (three of which you probably already have in your fridge and pantry), it is easy to whip up in a hurry. It only takes about five minutes from start to finish and the hardest part is pulling your food processor out of the cabinet! Spread it on some fresh biscuits or even some store bought bagels to dress them up.
Use this recipe to trick your family or guests into thinking you labored over every brunch detail just for them. You can even snag a few cute, glass jars from the store and give it away as a gift. How adorable would a basket of biscuits be paired with a jar of this whipped strawberry butter? You’re sure to end up on everyone’s favorite list that way!
Also, this recipe is extremely versatile. If you want a very smooth butter, then blend it even longer. I prefer small pieces of strawberry throughout mine so I only pulse the butter a few times after adding the strawberries in at the end. If your strawberries are most tart than sweet, you may need to add just a bit more sugar. Sugar substitutes can make it keto or low carb friendly, too!

- 1.5 sticks of butter
- 6-8 strawberries depending on size
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar or sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp salt
That’s right! Only four ingredients to make this luxurious treat that everyone is bound to love. It makes you look like you put in a lot of work, but it is really the easiest recipe.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Set your butter out for a few hours until it softens. You cannot use a microwave to soften it for this recipe.
Step 2
Add the butter, powdered sugar, and salt to a food processor. Blend until it becomes whipped and smooth.
Step 3
Wash and cut the tops off of about 6-8 strawberries. It should be about 1/2 a cup. Add the strawberries last and blend until you produce your desired consistency. I like small pieces of strawberry in my butter so I only pulse it a few times!
